Green Slimer for sure I've heard can be on the easier end to grow.

I was told by someone on the smorgasbord that the tricolor and echinata would do ok in the lower SPS light scale

I eat what my wife cooks, but she loves what I do also, I am probably 75% carnivore now, I like potatoes, rice and greens, most of the plates I post here that I cook have these with meat and seafood

I mentioned it before you were on but I have always had a natural Atkins diet. I don’t like anything sweet, no ice cream, cake, doughnuts, pie, cupcakes, etc. except Chris, I can’t get enough of that guy! As a kid I would have my mom not ice a section of my birthday cake because the icing was too sweet. I eat very little carbs but plenty of meat and fat. I can’t gain weight for the life of me.

I very rarely eat sweets, only when its offered and i want to be nice. when i was young I was type 1 diabetic , but my blood sugar is 68 to 73 when i get up. gets to 110 during the day.

I agree with Steven it looks healthy to me of course I don’t see the color change. As you know I didn’t have crazy lighting on my previous tank. I think with moderate/high flow it will be fine.

I actually was severely addicted to freshwater, i ran close to 14 breeder tanks for danios, fancy guppies, and albino cory cats, which a LFS bought from me until he went out of business. The guppies were easy, worked mine down to two types, yellow/black and orange/black, the danios were not to much trouble. The cory cats were the hardest to get to lay eggs and touch and go if the eggs were fertilized or not.

That's really cool Jimmy. I didnt realize you were that big into freshwater before this. I loved freshwater too. I bred green terrors, and kept tiger veil, and albino red Oscar's for years. I even had one that would play soccer with a floating ping pong ball. Those fish have so much character.
