Im sorry Tom. I didn't realize this happened to your Church, brother. Obviously you're all a close knit group with an amazing resolve. Im glad to see there are still folks out there that wont let evil defeat them.

Thanks. We are lucky because we have our Community Center that we finished about ten or twelve years ago that we are using as our temporary church plus we have our original Rectory that is now the Parish Office and our original Church which is now our Chapel and used for small gatherings and daily mass. The Rectory and the old Church are both adobe and on the national register of historic buildings.

There's no denying the gorgeous architecture of the Old Church, but the real beauty is you all. I hope the new one lasts even longer. I would love to hear updates on the progress if you feel like sharing Tom.

For all you Corned Beef fans, I don't use brisket ($) for corned beef (DIY) I use the largest pot roast or get two. I use Prague Powder and basic pickling spice to make my own, I do trim as much fat of the roast i can . I do it once or twice a year. Its easy, plenty of YouTube videos on how to do it.

I use Prague Powder and basic pickling spice to make my own, I do trim as much fat of the roast i can . I do it once or twice a year. Its easy, plenty of YouTube videos on how to do it.

We have used that when we make deer jerky.
