What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
I have no words for that.... sorry for disappointing. Well, except... Johnny Bravo in his 60s after chain smoking and a case of PBR every day since his teens.

Good morning John!!
Good morning Rock! Have a good one brother

Good morning Kevin. I am assuming you are sleeping on the couch after your wife reads this message...
Good morning Rock! I would be sleeping with the fishes at the bottom of our local lake.

This is what I was asking you to expand on yesterday.
I did a little. I don't have any pictures on my phone though.

I made a little rock scape in the center er section of my sump and then added 6 Anemones that have since become probably close to 30 Anemones. I added a Mocha and a Black Ocellaris Clownfish pair to the sump and they happily swim through the Anemones very rarely wandering more than an inch or 2 away from any Anemone. Sometimes all I see is a little black or a little orange snout poking out looking at me.

New sale is going to hit next week and you'll add one or two more things to your tank
Really, do you think it’s to early to add my first coral?

Only if you need to maintain a specific water level for something like a protein skimmer.

Or as a method of chemical, biological or mechanical filtration.
Good morning Lowell!

I have two baffles but didn't know if i could remove the first one to give more room...
While technically you don't need any baffles, from a practical point of view you want at least two. Almost all sumps have a protein skimmer which relies on a fairly narrow range of water depth to function correctly. The baffles allow you to maintain the center chamber at a reasonably constant depth. Also you normally have your ATO work in conjunction with your return chamber. You really do not want the sensor measuring the depth of the entire sump for its fill level as it would cause the volume change from refill to full to be significant and a much larger S.G. swing than if it is just measuring a small chamber of the sump. However baffles don't necessarily have to run front to back in a sump. There are sumps designed with the refugium area across the whole or part of the front and the skimmer toward the rear. You may want to look at some of them for ideas.

I'm probably late but I'm praying your epidural goes well.

I'm actually here now waiting. So your saying my sump should have different water levels in each chamber?
