I know this doesn't help with your pain. I just wonder if they can at least take off the charge. Paying for something you didn't receive correctly and then having to wait in pain for weeks to get correct is wrong

As Chris said, it depends on the browser and the platform but it will be in the pull down menu for setting preferences, viewing history etc., probably under a sub-menu.

If when you go to other sites that require a login, your stored credentials are working then you probably have a corrupted cookie and the way to fix it is to clear your cache. That will also require you to login again anywhere else that you have stored credentials.

If you have to login each time at other sites as well then you probably have cookies turned off in your browser or you are using a 'private' browser session. Private (or incognito) sessions, by design, don't store cookies.

I might be tempted to call my insurance carrier. I really hate when businesses make mistakes and still charge us. I once told a guy to take me to court. It was an arborist though. He sprayed without notice. My dogs were all sick from it. Even took one to the vet

Sitting from a standing position and standing from a seated position are very difficult right now. Trying to sit in a tub I'd probably pass out.

I did turn up the hot water and let it run over my back for a bit though.

I hope you feel better soon. This being in pain stuff is not fun.
