I'm hoping everyone is okay.

I have NOT left the hobby just going through a rough spot with being active on R2R.

Tank is doing fine. Anenomes aren't as healthy as they once were but I think it's due to lowering N03. Hammers and softies thriving. No deaths.

I bought a new pump for my remora so I could get better bubble production sicce 1.5. plus noise complaints.

Tank upgrade has gone nowhere though...

I can swim. It's fairly shallow - 12' to the top but we usually only keep it filled to around 10'.

So I overdid it on the walking today and now my back is paying for it.

Took my Flexeril about 3.5 hours ago. Just took my ibuprofen. Walking is rough right now, even with a walker or a cane.
