It'd probably be doing better if I stopped working too hard. I didn't rest it much because of the conference last week. It was feeling decent by Sunday afternoon and then we got home.to.a broken water heater so I was getting that all torn apart last night. Then I decided I wanted to try to sleep laying down instead of in the recliner. That lasted about 45 minutes before the pain came rushing back. I was able to get back up without too much trouble but it hurt. A lot. Hobbled around work today and had my benefits fair so I was on my feet too long again. My wife won't let me help lift the new water heater though, so there's that...

I really hate to hear this buddy. You gotta give it a break somehow, brother. That's just all there is to it Mr

I just ran across this clip a little while ago. I'd never seen it before. It seems there was a Beetles TV Special back in 1964. They are singing back up along with the Vernons Girls for Long John Baldry. Epic British rock.
