This morning I had what I thought was a great plan. Get up early and do Strong Nation cardio workout.

Haven't sweated like that since the last sauna I went into. There were Burpees, loads of them. And pushups.

I kept glancing at the clock. I think it wasn't working. And I couldn't quit. There was an ancient lady who made me feel like I was standing still.

I know there has to be some songs about killer trainers.

Oh my gosh. He was my hero in 82. He had a show about cooking healthy. And I used to love his VHS exercise tapes. They had great music and real people.

And no burpees!

I asked today for a CT scan and had no problem getting one.

I like this program called Team Body Works they have everything from low impact beginner exercises routines to harder more advanced ones and is only $50 a year.

Sounds very reasonable. I love our YMCA.

We don't have a YMCA here. The program I mentioned is one you can do at home you can put their app on a smart TV or tablet or computer or whatever and do which ever workout you want. I like that they have exercise routines where I don't have to get in the floor and they have lots.

I started a new exercise routine on January 1st. Instead of having my wife get me a beer I get out of my recliner and walk to the kitchen, get one myself and walk back to my recliner. I’ve been feeling so much better and have really toned up. My wife says I look buff!
