I like this one the best
I do too, there is room all across the top for coral, voting so far is 2 for this one and 1 for another one. John may be mad, but there is no gerrymandering here, so all votes across the country count, lol

Shopping done and now home. Got my birthday present and surprisingly my anniversary present a bit early. The hunting shop in town had a good deal on the pistol. I shot it a few minutes ago and I love it! You wouldn't think 6oz would make much difference when carrying it but it really does.
That's a whole almost 1/3 of a pound. 6 oz is a steak. Carry an extra steak in your pocket and it'll for sure make a difference.

Would like to share some pictures of my fathers Colt 1911, 45 caliber, the pistol was made in 1918, he purchased it in 1948, new, all numbers match, its not a pieced together gun. i have the papers from when he purchased it from the army. He carried it in Vietnam. Its in perfect working condition, has 2 extra barrels, one has never had a bullet through it (barrel)

I was really impressed with the owner of the gun shop we went to today. I have only been in there i think once since he bought the place a couple of years ago. He was really nice and he's doing a raffle for this really cool gun to help a local group that helps children that have been abused. All of the proceeds will go to the group. I bought one of the tickets for $40. He said the last raffle he did part of the money went to the local high schools athletics department and part went to this group. He said the lady that runs the place cried when he took her the check and said it was going to really help them do somethings that needed to be done but that they just didn't have the funds for so he decided to do another raffle just for them.

I don't care much for the 1911 frame, my son says he does have a need for it. i have talked to the Infantry museum at Ft. Benning about them taking it. My father has a brass name plate outside of the museum on a walking path. Its worth some money, but to me its history, which is priceless.

SPS, stylo, branching monti, encrusters, etc and later acro for the tops of the rock. plus anything that can take the high PAR for the bottom. but its going to be basically SPS
Sorry for the late reply Jimmy. I think it looks great! I do like option two a bit better, as it gives you more rock surface up top for corals. It's ultimately about which you like better.

I love it Amanda! That'll serve you well. I like that it has serrations on the forward portion of the slide for enchanced ergonomics

hopefully the rock work will hardly be visible after the corals grow
