Thanks for asking Amanda! Unsure, I haven’t had a cup of coffee yet, I’ll get back to you on that! I hope you are on the mend!
Feeling pretty good so far today! I slept well and feel rested. I have had a garmin watch that tracks my sleep now for around 5 months and this is the first time I have ever gotten an excellent score. My sleep doctor says they are pretty accurate at tracking sleep and how much rest you get. I guess between the exercise and not hurting at night and the new cpap machine everything is working together.

Good morning, all.

Make it a beautiful day for others and yourself.

Has anyone heard anything from @TheNative192 or @NanoSteam lately?

I love mushrooms but have no idea how to grow them or which ones would grow here.
You can grow any kind because they're grown in a controlled environment! I end up using clear sterlite totes with perlite to make a fruiting chamber.

What kind of pellets? That is awesome.

This is great. 😊
Good morning!
I'm using pellets by continum aquatics.
Much smaller and harder than the one's I used before.
