Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Patience
Got my package. Came at 11am. Wasn’t the normal person that delivered. And handed it to me so to disguise the crush. Everything survived. Exhaust crab was individually wrapped.

You didn’t tell us you won the lottery Paul!

Will do when I'm home from work. There's a photo. There is a sail right there on the corner.

That's not looking too good brother. Is that algae in the pic?

If you dont have the smell or don't see tissue actually bailing out and polyps coming off the torch, it could be flow (as Amanda suggested) or maybe it's being irritated by algae. I had one that had this issue as algae grew on the areas that were receeding. I used a peroxide dip and luckily this saved mine.

Check for bjd when you get a chance. If not, and you want to try the peroxide dip, we can guide you on that.

Note: This is based on my experience with torches over the past 2 years. There are members of this thread @Rocks reef @kevgib67 for example that have way more hands on experience with them than I do. Let's see what others think as well.

Mmm. Taco Tuesday is it? Maybe for dinner but I just had potato salad for breakfast a free hrs ago and a Turkey sub will be lunch.
Potato salad for breakfast?! I DID NOT realize we were related, Steve. This is awesome!

This is a hammer, sorry I should've specified. And that's an astrea snail. I removed that algae off him.
