Thank you! I went that route and Im very glad I did. I found a little rock nook in the back corner with some baby aiptasia that should be a great spot for them. They slowly crawled out one by one. Hope they're hungry!

I had a very serious aiptasia problem couple years back and berghia solved it. I don't have a wrasse because I invested so heavily in berghia to get to the other side of my aptasia problem. I already have a copperband who is always prowling and 2 orange spotted file fish, so my berghia have to be good hiders.

I thought about trying to raise berghia for a while, but life got in the way (and you have to raise a LOT of aiptasia to keep them fed). There is a guy local to me that raises them on the side, and he has taught me a lot and has good prices.

It's great to hear a success story. Im really hoping these nudis will wipe it all out for me. I went through this about a year ago and had wonderful success with berghia. My little pink streak wrasse concerns me a bit, as he's been staying up late here recently.

I am so interested in raising berghia, but like you mentioned, I dont know if I could keep them fed. It would be very interesting to follow along and learn from someone who's trying it.

I'll keep you posted on the progress in my tank!

Beautiful John! I wish my fathead dendro would constantly stay open like that. I’m beginning to wonder if I got a sun coral by mistake. Oh by the way I just saw that the Fathead Dendros will be touring next year to promote their new album!

You and I are going to that show! Can you imagine the after party!?

Ill be honest Kevin. I think it's flow. They were never open when I first got them, then I raised the flow so that the polyps were being blown around pretty good. That's when everything changed for them. If I turn that particular powerhead off for any reason and the dendros lose that flow, they close up almost immediately. I also refuse to feed them after lights out. Hope this helps you Kev.
