So, weird day. Those of you who weren’t here before March you’ll have to use your imagination, to much to rehash. My boss was indicted on 3 counts based on charges of former employees. We all went to the hearing to support him. Got there at 10:35 and walked out at 12:45. Gave me post traumatic stress, last time I was in a court room I was wearing an orange jumpsuit and had matching bracelets on. Shelley had drove all the way to Ohio to transfer me back to face charges. Anyway the charges sounded even sillier than I thought. No victim, no damages and these were felony charges. I thought to myself what a waste of the judges time. I wanted to stand up and scream “ you’re out of order, this whole court room is out of order!”
This was a hearing just for the prosecution. The judge threw out 2 of the three charges. The remaining one was based on a device sold to physicians that they clip on to their clothes the records the visit and then ai creates a note for the visit and it saves the doctors time. Well it was used on 7 visits and two he didn’t ask permission, clearly an oversight and a mistake. One of those testified today but there were no damages. Next adventure will be the trial in 4 weeks.
