Anyone here use rivets before.
I need to repair one of the reflectors. After painting #2 I dropped it. 2 rivets broke.
Let me know as I have never worked with rivets before.
Going to research it also.

Only riveting I've done is with those manual pop rivet guns, about thirty years ago. You drill or ream the hole, put a rivet on the gun, place it flush in the hole, and pull the trigger. It worked okay. Like these:

No idea but it's too small to eat and, in general, I don't trust hairy ones.

It is easy. The trigger just squeezes and pulls a grabber that pushes the die against the rivet head, flaring the rivet. You keep partially squeezing and releasing until the rivet is tight then a full squeeze cuts off the post flush.
