Had them 4 years on the old tank..
Missed the Kessil shimmer and I wanted a much smaller light...since the new tank has no top cabinet to hide the lights.
This tank is open top and minimalist, modern.
A light bar coms from the left side of the tank which is on a electric actuator.
I can raise the lights up to 24 inches with a wireless control.
I been putting pic on my new thread.

Just stopped in to say I was able to move the Pyramid Butterfly fish into his new home. So now he's swimming in a 300 gallon tank. And I hope he sparks the interest in lots of people. I think he will draw lots of positive attention at the vet clinic.

Now to decide on a few more fish for their tank. Choosing is the hardest part.

That is a very true statement! Here in NC we might be a little better prepared than you guys for bad winters but not as well prepared as the more northern states.

question, yesterday I bought frozen mysis cubes. just remembered they are still in the car. popped them in the freezer. would you still use these or do they go to the trash? it was 22 hours in a insulated bag but yes. no longer frozen.
