Lighting:
The light mount is 1" and 1.5" PVC pipe fitted together for the XR15. Metal wire is being used to suspend the XR15 over the tank. An air pump with tubing running into the bowl is being used as the aeration.

Filtration:
Filtration for the tank is daily top off with RO water, scrub inside glass with scrub pad, and wipe down outside glass with paper towel. The Carpenter wrasse gets fed 2 to 4 times a week. 100% Water changes are done once a week, and the water has never been tested. Having the macro algae in there growing is the main filtration for the bowl. Water change is only needed for surety of pristine water. No heater for the tank, but the building temp is set at 76. The bowl itself sits at 74.

The fishbowl has only been set up for 2 months and the Coraline Algae is coving the back of the bowl!

At the beginning of having it set up there was a Indo Gold Torch in it. It thrived and ended up splitting in there! Eventually someone wanted it for their tank, so it moved onto bigger places.

Don't think this is going to stick around forever. It has an awesome light that might be needed elsewhere but till that day comes, this fishbowl is one of a kind!

Back in the day coralline was the pico reef legitimizer

ive seen posters think tiny reef pics were only set up recently/ no age stability but coralline growth for the win

we know it's months and months in place w that gem coralline wall

it's the universal stability and longevity proofer, hallmarks of a real reef very nice one here, all animals looking sharp and healthy

The Wrasse is fed a mixture of small TDO Pellets and LRS Reef Frenzy. Coral isn't directly fed but sometimes the day before a water change it'll get a broadcast feeding

Cool fishbowl! I'm assuming this is a store, so if ever the day comes that you decide to part with it, I think it would be a pretty sweet prize for you to raffle off- everyone would have space for it :)

Surprised this hasn’t been said already but you can’t keep a wrasse in a frickin bowl, they’re very active.
