Not seeing any problems just very minor algae. I have put a little algea cleaner in. Am I on the right track?

Phosphate 0.03
Nitrate 1.1 (pry a bad reeding) I keep or water in the canisters while they are stored
Ph 7.6
Amonia 0.47
Magnesium 100 (also poss bad reading ) it was 1300 earlier

Refrain from adding chemicals for algae - often alternatives and not solutions and especially with tank being new. There are cleaner crew, light reduction to combat this and issues like overfeeding, etc that contribute to algae ,

I do not remember who told me this when I got started, but here it is. There is a Chemical Additive for any situation you might encounter in your Tank, because people can't be trusted with money or power most of them are snake oil.

There is usually a Natural method to counter any thing you might find in your tank. Algae gets ate by fish and a Clean up Crew. Nitrification process can be started with fish food. Bio filtering is done naturally by a bacteria. You are keeping a Glass Cage of NATURE in your house, so why not go ALL NATURAL?

Now having said that, after 18 months I found that my phosphates were unmanageable by natural methods so I am dosing chemicals to counter that, Tri-Lanthanum Chloride at 20ml reduced into 1480ml of RODI, and added 22ml a day to my system thru the neck of my skimmer.

In my opinion your tank is way to new to start adding any chemicals. Water Health is a Balancing Act which Chemical additives disrupt.

Time is your best friend and patience, nothing happens fast in this hobby.

I reckon with the info supplied unfortunately you didn't attempt the 'cycle' the tank, the tests they did for you won't show anything at that point because nothing was added to cycle it, no bottled bacteria (quick way) or ghost feeding (slower way) the fish being added produce ammonia when they breathe so if no bacteria is present to process it to nitrites then nitrates it's just going to get worse until they die, so as suggested get some fast start bacteria quickly

Of course but the OP wouldn't be dosing chemicals to rid small green patches or have toxic ammonia

So I have 13.5 fluval evo and filled it up let the water sit about a week and went and got it tested mom he said I was good to throw fish in so I I purchased two storm clowns (bad advice & I’m new so I listened) and got 2 storm clown fish and a torch (I know I messed up. But I’m living with it.) I have been doing 20 percent water changes weekly today I just noticed two tiny patches of algae I just want to be ahead of the problem before it gets out of control. I have been dosing prime and stability

Algae is very normal in new tanks, do NOT dose chemical solutions into new tanks unless it's something like bryopsis or an unstoppable outbreak of dinoflagellates. These chemical solutions will kill the algae, but will also kill beneficial bacteria, which will free up space for more algae and harmful bacteria to grow. Stop dosing that stuff and get a clean up crew, cerith snails and trochus snails are the best imo. Also the most common algaes in new tanks usually die off on their own, due to be outcompeted by other things, or water conditions changing.
