10ft acrylic slooooowww... build

Hello everyone, this is a super slow build. There is a lot of things on the list but this thread is a start for gathering ideas. Tank is at my brother house, pick it up from a buddy. Haven't touch it for months. But I need to start somewhere, and have it water ready at some point....

Needs :
Polishing (scratches) 200+ hours
Stand work 100+ hours
Cleaning (vinegar soaking) 1 month soak
Plumbing ( not even sure where to start)
Lighting ( not sure) FLOWR or Reef
Power head for closed loop?
Sump size?
Skimmer
ATO tank size

Rbta?
Softies?
Lion fish?
