Thank you! It's small but it's a pleasant slice of the ocean for me. It's been up for almost 10 months, most coral in for 6 months. Waited for the green slimer and the tort (possibly? front left on the rack) to grow and be stable before I dumped in the rest of the SPS.

Hoped to be updating with a new wave maker but I was sent a box full of parts and not a functioning set.

Posting some photos of the coral to keep track of growth here still.

Got my replacement Jebao SLW. I originally ordered the 5 but then figured “I’ll just get a larger one and keep it turned down”. And boy was I right! Thing obviously is made to beat water in a larger tank. After a few hours of fiddling with it I found a flow patter that is synced with my other Jebao SCP50. Pretty happy with how these move water, but I might have jumped the gun with the size.

I’m also considering taking the sand out over the next few months. Phosphates have been around .15 and I’m fighting bubble algae at the moment.

Also mixing kalk for the week, the stir plate was one of my best investments.
