I'm no expert, but go over to this forum https://www.reef2reef.com/forums/meet-greet-forum.129/ and make a post like you did, and then I think from above you will find a button that looks like a Camera with a + inside of it, to insert your video. Lets try that. You will learn, as well as me about inserting videos in threads.
