Added second reef wave 25 to the right side,(2x mp40's and 2x reef wave 25's) and set up a hydros controller, ill be adding a few components, but for now I have things started, im working different hours so the controller was a must for my peace of mind. Im low tech so im not expecting to do much with the controller.

haven't done much different to this tank, been fighting dinos a little no big deal they are on their way out, I still have the 40w u.v in the closet I just haven't done any planning how to plumb it in now that I am not attaching the 48g to it because I was going to put it in between them. I'm not sure if I'm going to use it or sell it.

corals are doing good and nutrients are back on track. Got new iron test kit. Looking into more flow.

So far I'm liking the hydros controller I can start to see the limitations with it, but for right now its still more than I need and use, so it is working great for me currently. I just put the same set up on my 48g, so yes I like it I just wish the wifi plugs made better decoration.

So with the controller I am really starting to pin a good temperature that is efficient to run the system at where the heater and chiller don't run as hard while still keeping temperatures under 80°. I have the temp sensor in the sump first chamber and the tank temp sensor is 2.5" below the water line in the corner of the tank in the shade. I wish it was possible and i could do more with the heater and both sensors, but right now my heater responds to the sump temperature sensor which is the "temperature sensor" so far its pretty stable at a .4° difference, the chiller is 5 120mm fans hanging from the lights and a small fan in the sump.

i Haven't changed anything despite the dinos, but they are probably a week or two out on going away. Added to the frozen amount weekly w/mix of other food/ stopped dosing flatworm stop/coral boost. Low nutrients.
