Ok so I got rid of 2 tangs.. down to a sailfin and a clown tang. I hope this makes the tang police happy.
You guys are so critical of others. It was an expensive build To me anyways. $5K plus and Im just getting started. lol

Oh yeah and I have radion XR30s x2. Will probably be getting two more since my par was low today when i checked it finally.

Whew. A lot of personal opinions on what’s expensive here so far. Unnecessary really. If you can afford it, cool. If you can’t? Cool.

What I’m concerned with here is the stock list. That’s more fish than I had in my 210 and a LOT of them will outgrow a 120 quickly. Unless you have plans to upgrade tanks soon, I’d highly recommend revising it.

Edit: fish = tangs.
The fish are less than 2 inches long.
Ill trade them if they outgrow the tank.
If i can keep them a year.. Ill be happy to give them to another person with a bigger tank.
If I get 2 years, even better.

I don’t see an issue with rehoming fish, as you may become attached to them, they don’t become attached to you. I had to rehome a snake many years ago due to the wife being strickened with pregnancy and the same thing applies. I hated to let him go, but it wasn’t a big deal since he could certainly care less about me.

Thats kinda the same way I feel...
They are just fish at the end of the day.
I dont mean to sound harsh but they cannot show the affection like a dog or some other pet.

The pros would help but not as much as you’d think. I personally would recommend that aquatic life t5 hybrid fixture. Adding 4 t5 bulbs to 2 xr30’s on a 4’ tank would do wonders for par

Couldn't care less. If the snake could care less that means the snake cared some.

So I added a ReefBot to my system.
Its currently testing daily the following:
Calcium
Alkalinity
Magnesium
Phosphate

Those 4 take up the 8 spots. Im happy with it.
