@Fudsey here are photos of the plumbing for the refugium.
Plumbing to the Fuge, from the return pump. Valve is barely open.

Overflow plumbing from behind the Fuge.

And here is the drain pipes in the Fuge chamber in the sump.

Nice ! ! Thank you, just what I needed. The only problem I see in my case, is the overflow. I have an old HOB overflow with a U tube and I don't really like that design. It has caused an overflow on me in the past. Well seeing as the sump is plastic, I should just drill in an overflow. Thanks again

Yes if I were doing that I would still it for sure. HOB overflows are a disaster waiting to happen IMHO. If you use a hole saw to drill acrylic go real slow so the bit doesn't bite. A forstner bit is probably the best to use but they are pricey especially when the get big.

My new lights arrived today. Orphek Atlantik Compact v3+. Out of the box they are impressive. Very well manufactured, aesthetically pleasing and for me well worth the investment. They were very easy to pair with the required router and very easy to control. I almost blinded myself on start up! These things are very powerful. The included hanging kit is very nice also and easy to adjust. Not sure if you can tell by the picture but the face is acrylic I think and the lenses are shaped into it. The color mixing is fantastic, reminds me a lot of T5 lighting. I hope they give some good shimmer to boot. I can't wait to get these fixtures hung over my tank!

Okay lights are up! I need to lower them a few inches right now the sit about 14" from the water. These lights are very strong. I'm going to have to play with them quite a bit. Figure out a program I like etc. I have some cord management to do also. The color balance is great! It mixes really well, there is a little bit of disco effect but it's tolerable. Shadowing is perfect for my coral plans. I'm digging these bad boys though!

Yeah I know! I do most of my posts on my phone, and everything looks great there. And then all you folks give me a hard time about my photos, and I'm like what they look great to me. I will try posting on my desk top this weekend and see if it makes a difference.
