A week and a half ago I upgraded my 75 gallon to a 125 gallon since I couldn't pass up the deal I got on the 125 tank and stand. It took all day but everything moved over smoothly. I made one big mistake, when replacing the substrate since I wanted a larger grain size I used live sand and had an ammonia spike from the die-off. Luckily nothing was lost, although I thought my anemone was a goner at one point. I'm waiting for the diatom bloom to end, and still working on getting rid of some micro-bubbles. Pictures below.

Thanks, I got the refugium plumbed in to the sump now so everything is working. Now to save up some money and get another LED to fill out the tank.

It is hard to see in the picture but I am getting a lot of microbubbles. Is this typical with new setups until the plumbing gets some slime in it? I have considered adding a foam block in the bubble trap between the skimmer and return pump but it doens't look like a lot of bubbles are coming into the return section.
