I haven't had a Peppermint Shrimp for close to 6 months - or so I thought!

I was looking in the tank this morning during lights out and there's my Peppermint dancing in the rockwork! Too bad it's broke and not eating my Aiptasia.

Also, the Filefish escaped the refugium without eating the Aips in there so he's broken too.

Two peas in a pod...

My peppermint and filefish are still doing the same as yours, ignoring the aiptasia...

I think I'm going to try and get some berghia nudibranchs and see if they do the trick. Just going to have to get 20 I think so they gave a chance with the wrasses.

Have you tried turning them off, then on again?

Looks like a new Favia head is on its way.

The red makes me think possibly since that's the color around the mouths.

Yes, I am dealing with bubble algae still. Someday my Foxface will devour it all overnight. I have seen it grab and eat a few pieces, just not voraciously yet.

Bubble algae isnt ad bad as it's made out to be. Dinos and cyano are.

Hopefully that is a new mouth forming.
Early congrats if it is!
