For $40 I'm going to enjoy my fan today and not wait to build an enclosure.

Also, started a print job. Hanger for the Inkbird controller, Noopsyche Controller, and IOAOI Skimmer controller.

Started a water change too. Been a LONG time and my nitrates may be the issue in my tank. Gonna try to bring them down since dosing phosphates and vinegar isn't doing the trick.

Bumped the Z-axis offset back to -2.90 from -2.91 because it kept catching the corner on layer 3. We'll see. It doesn't look like it's lifting.

A couple of shots from the tank:

Uh oh?

New rock added. It's been soaking for like 3 or 4 months so it was time.

Torch... Still has decent flesh band but the noodles are noodley in a bad way.

Gosh Tim, you have the patience of a Saint. I swear that thing would have been out the window a while ago if it was mine. I thought about getting one for a second. I think even that was too long.

Yeah this is where I tell people there's a learning curve. If you don't mind tinkering, it's fun, just takes time to get your first one set up.

Is it easy? Now it is fairly easy, was it in the beginning? No, but if you can make it past that, it's not bad.

Except if it was your car you'd have almost as much patience. I geek out sometimes.

Yep, most of my first role was failed prints. Took me getting a glass bed to find out I had a warped heat bed, that was part of my leveling problem.

You have the perfect machine to keep a tinkerer tinkering. And when it has run it's course, there is
Ender extender.

So I won a pair of clowns from MARBA. I went ahead and passed them on. I really wanted them but don't know how much it would upset the tank and I know it would upset my wife if I set up the 20...

Feeler gauges helped me so much more than paper.

Glue stick works well too, also me glass bed was pex coated. Also, I switched to a spring steel with pex coating. That seemed to do better than the glass. My hypothesis was that the glass was too thick for the bed to heat well. The thermometer said the bed was 60, but the top could have been cooler.
PEI springsteel plates usually come with an extra magnet that can be added to thin mirrors from home depot so changing beds is easy. Aquanet or gluestick those away from the printer for when you have something that really needs to stick.

Tim; try turning on coasting and make combing all. make initial layer inner wall flow ~105%
stick with it!

Ok. I saw coasting and combing yesterday. I'll adjust when I get home.

One thing I had an issue with was when combing the nozzle would occasionally contact the print depending on the infill. Z hop helped to eliminate it, the nozzle bumping the print would cause it to loosen from the bed.

But what you have definitely looks like lifting or curling. It's either due to poor adhesion or bed temp too high.
