Hello all,
I’m about to upgrade my 65G to a 140G FOWLR. Dimensions are 150cm x 60cm x 60cm

I already have the following fish which will be moved to the new tank:
  • 2 x Perc clowns
  • 1 x Mandarin
  • 1 x Bangaii Cardinal
  • 1 x Carpenter Flasher wrasse (male)
  • 1 x firefish
  • 1 x Foxface Rabbitfish

I’d like to add the following:
  • 1 x Pearlscale Butterflyfish
  • 1 x Lemonpeel Angelfish (would prefer a Flame Angelfish but they are hard to come by in NZ these days)
  • 1 x Bristletooth Tang

If space allows, I’d also like to get (in order)
  • 1 x Scopas Tang
  • 1 x Auriga Butterflyfish
  • 1 x Carpenter Flasher wrasse (female)

I’d like any advice/suggestions on whether this is a reasonable list for the tank size, and if I could also add in the extras.

Totally reasonable. I have 43-44 fish in my 160-gallon, so you're not overstocked even with your expansion list (check some of the recent posts on my build thread for an up-to-date fish list).

Don’t go for a pair of Carpenters Flashers. You will wind up with two males and then one male as they fight it out to the death. The pearl scale butterfly may not allow the auriga butterfly into the tank unless the Auriga is smaller than it. The scopas may also fight the Auriga and kill it. The rest should be alright though.

I see.
For the wrasse, I thought if the female was in a tank with a mature male, then it would remain a female.

Butterflyfish - do you think it would work having both if they were added at the same time?
Or is there an alternative to the Auriga that would be better?

If the scopas was added last, after both Butterflyfish, would it still harras the Butterflyfish?

This should work just fine, as for the wrasse unfortunately it’s not like that (I wish it was… I’d be adding Atleast 6 female Lubbockis to my tank and having a school of 2 males and 6 females).
