Alright, I know this question has been asked before, but I've been reading and am hearing mixed answers. Some say the Radium has higher par, but lots say the Phoenix gives better growth.

The radium and phoenix are pretty similar in color, but the radium gives more pop. I would definitely go with the radium if it did not sacrifice much growth compared to the phoenix. So has anybody kept both of these bulbs? How did the growth match up?

Thanks!

I too was doing a lot of research. Ultimately I purchased the Phoenix simply because it had great reviews and was almost half the price when compared to the Radium. It should be arriving in the next couple of days...I'll keep you posted

I have a current 150DE on my tank and I added the radiums about 3 weeks ago (love the look and they have improved the groth rate) and the balast seems not to be so good. some times the radium fire and some times they do not. I am thinking about the phoneix myself.

I am going with the Pheonix, I currently have one now and I love it. If my parameters were on target I would tell you what the results have been but my water has been off for about 2 weeks now.
