You will be very happy with the Modular Marine overflow. Tank, rocks and stand are looking great.

well I just got the two return lines drilled, 0 issues drilled just fine, now just got to clean up all the old silicone off the glass and wait for the overflow to arrive, and the light mounts, still trying to decide on what sand to put in the tank, I had a mix of fiji pink and black in the 60 but hated the way it looked afterwards so thinking just fiji pink for the 180 , sad part is LFS around me only carry 4-6 bags at a time, so going to have to run around to alot of different stores and pick them up from verious places

First off want to thank FishofHex for the awesome light mounts that he 3d printed for the Red Sea Lights, they work perfectly, Second want to thank Modular Marine for the 1600 gph overflow the thing looks like a beast of an overflow, hands down way better looking then the eshopps one I have on my 60, that being said got the tank drilled and is in the garage getting the back painted black right now so hopefully within the next week will have the tank on the stand and lights hooked and and running so will post more pictures then

Well got the overflow on the tank and tank on the stand, now the fun part of running on the plumbing, getting all the wiring ran and managed , then will start getting sand in and water so I can get it heated up to temp to get everything transfered over. The ending is in sight but im going to take my time and make sure everything is done the best that I can do

Well i did a water test on the bottom bulkhead seals where the old overflows were and no leaks overnight, so now im going to clean the tank out and start getting sand and water in the tank while I finish up the plumbing, im hoping to have everything up and running by next weekend but that is just a hope with life You never know what is going to slow You down

sand and some of the rockwork is in the tank along with about 50 gallons of water, tomorrow will work on the rest of the plumbing and get some more water in the tank, should get it atleast 2/3 filled tomorrow , will get some heaters in there and get the water up to temp before I start transfering over the 60. main goal for now is just to get the filtration and the wavemakers going in the 180, will get all the other goodies hooked up later

I got the 180 up and running, still need to get a few things working like ATO , AWC ,and Trident but overall im very happy with the looks of the tank itself, I will be moving the rocks and corals around a bit in the next few days while I try to figure out exactly how I want them. but atleast everything moved over with no issues

ok so I have noticed some hard shadows in the tank, and I was wondering what lights would be best to help soften thouse shadows, I planed on switching lights anyways because the redsea power supplys seem to be ****, but they were what I had to get the tank up, all the corals open up well just hate the shadows
