Well, it’s been a while I’ve stayed busy working and maintaining my 75g tank. Lost my favorite timor wrasse- possibly to uronema. It’s finally time!!
This will be the official start of my 180g SPS dominant build. I went to a LFS, and bought a used tank new stand and sump. The owner was supposed to get the tank ready to where all I had to do was ‘attach hoses and secure hose clamps’. Upon delivery he didn’t even bring the drains for the overflow (he did later drop them off in a box at the door) yet alone was the tank anywhere close to just attaching hoses and securing clamps- bulk heads aren’t even in the holes! When I expressed to them this is not what we agreed upon and if he wasn’t willing to do the work agreed upon I wanted him to come pick it up- and he refused!
Needless to say I’ve been frustrated!
Now i get to learn how to plumb on a much larger system than I would prefer to!
since the tank was delivered I’ve spent my time doing my homework on plumbing (articles, videos, etc welcome!) and scraping the blue paint off of the back
