So, connecting to my doser via mhghl and it says my device is active with the green little earth. When I go to update any of the dosing amounts and save the settings, nothing saves. When I do an auto dose, it does not respond. Any ideas? My system is hardwired.

Thanks.

Check if your MyGHL settings are set to Read Only or Read Write.
What firmware version are you running on the Doser?

Says 1.24 firmware. I can't find out where to change that Read Only or Read Write under myghl.

I used to make changes under myghl previously. I just unplugged the system and put it on a new tank right away, but nothing changed.

The read/write option is on the Doser itself, connect to it via GCC, and go to Communication. The same tab where you previously enabled MyGHL and found your ID/Sec Key.

There have been a few revisions of firmware since, current is 1.28 - I’d go ahead and upgrade as well. :)

Hmm, well my company has since swapped out my laptop with a new one that does not let me download new software programs.....Any other ways to do it?

Also, assuming that my doser is still dosing the amounts that i see on myghl right?

Sounds good, I will work on borrowing one (we only have Mac in our house), and go from there. Thanks for the fast replies, I will reach back out once I get the laptop and things updated.

So updated firmware, how do I get a security key as now I can't find my dose online anymore and the Security Key was reset.

Actually I can connect to the device with myghl, but it does not show any of the saved settings I have. And my unit is blinking yellow/blue.
