Hey guys, so I just recently purchased a Red Sea Reefer 250 And I’m considering some stocking. I already have 2 ocellaris clowns, a springeri damsel and 2 yellow watchman gobys in a 30 gallon system all of which will be moved to the 54 gal.
Here is my stocking idea:
2 ocellaris clownfish
2 frostbite clownfish
2 yellow watchman gobys
1 springeri damsel
1 royal gramma
1 scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp
1 blood red cleaner shrimp
And maybe one more undecided fish

I’m aware the clownfish can get aggressive towards eachother but if I add them at the same time do you think there will be enough room for them to get along

this is me

I had a hard time getting 2 pairs of Percula in a 360gallons. Can't imagine it would work in a 54G.

Would not recommend, I had to move my clownfish pair into a tank with 2 other clownfish so I put the clowns that were already in the tank in a breeder box so they couldn't fight while I made plans to rehome the pair. The new pair tried effortlessly to kill them

Well that’s unfortunate, oh well maybe that just gives me an excuse to set up another system lol ;)

I have 3 pairs living together in a 55 gallon. Lots of aggression between the 3 females. But then I also have over 60 anemones in there for them.

I would not recommend it. You have a fairly high stock load already as it is without the second pair.
