I would say that depends on your local market. That picture appears to be the same expression as the aqua nerd article on Black torch from a year and a half ago or so.

No. These are fairly common and I bought my single head from an online retailer two months ago for $25.

Due to the recent ban (which is lifted now) the prices have been insane for these torches. If you play the waiting game, you can land a way better deal soon on these.
