Have a 50 gallon IM lagoon currently running 2 hydra 26hd. Transitioning the tank over to sps dominated. Hitting 200-250 par where I currently keep acros but would like to bump it up a little and fill in some of the shadowing with t-5s. Will 2 single bulb fixtures running a purple plus and blue plus be enough or should I go 4?

You can check this post to get an idea of what two and four T5s will produce in regard to PAR. Ultimately, two T5s produced an average of about 112 PAR to the tank (the LET retrofits) and four produced an average 164 PAR (AquaticLife hybrid).

Thank you!

I have 4 over reefer 170 with 2 kessil a360x. I would do 4 if you can.
