The nitrites in my quarantine tank have been 2 ppm for over two weeks. Is this something I should worry about or could I add two clownfish to the QT? I have read that it is considerably less toxic in marine systems but I am super paranoid and don't want to kill any fish.

Nitrite is nothing in marine tanks.. just watch your ammonia that’s what matters.. keep up with water changes and all should be fine.
