20 Gallon Long or Tall

If you were to start a nano tank would you use a 20 Gallon Long that is 30.50 X 13.25 X 13.00 OR a 20 Gallon Standard at 25.00 X 13.25 X 17.25

I guess it would come down to aquascape options ?

I actually have a 20 long and prefer it over a tall, especially with a shrimp/goby pair that needs room to run/dig
