Gonna set up a 20 gallon long reef/frag tank. Could I do a few bangi cardinals as the only inhabitants? What other species only set ups would be cool in a 20?

I am not sure to be honest.I like damsels, but aren’t they pretty aggressive? would multiples cohabitate in a 20?
I can understand this. Sexy shrimp are pretty adorable for kids.I’ll pass on the harlequin, awesome looking shrimp, but I’d rather not feed live if possible. Plus my children would probably be terrified watching it eat a starfish.
No sand. . .pistol/goby tank? could try for two sets
Definitely, but have a <very> tight lid; they are super jumpyNo sand. . .
I guess fire fish could be an option?
i see. yeah fire fish could be an optionNo sand. . .

Like the pair of gramas idea!A Caribbean biotope highlighting a pair of royal grammas with gorgonians, RFAs, and macroalgae gets my vote.
You could do a mantis shrimp tank. That has always been my species specific tank dream
