20 gallon nano

Hey guys!
Well, I am starting the plans for a 20 gallon tall nano reef.

The only thing I am set on is a pair of clowns and a nem for them.

I have a 10 gallon I can use for a sump, should I use it? And where is the best place to drill my dt? Bottom or back top?

What type of tank is it? Acrylic or Glass?

If it is glass will the bottom be tempered?
