Growing up in KC and thinking that I would never see another KC World Series, I am spoiled. In Boulder now, so I am Rockies guy as my NL team. I do not give them much hope, but who cares, I get to go to playoff baseball.
All of that being said, the Brewers look like the Giants and KC teams that dominated the first half of this decade... clutch guys who just do their jobs, seem to play harder for the guy next to them and never quit. I like the winner of Cleveland/Astros in the AL - best pitching and it sucks that they play each other in the first round.
I was OK with Heyward since Schwarber is a fly ball guy and nobody boots those... even a ground ball could get bobbled or mishandled. It did not work, but I don't hate the move. Am I the only one who thinks that Bud Black is a clown? Double switch and takes out Blackmon? I would let the pitcher hit once before the next switch before I lost Blackmons bat 2-4 more times (ended up being 4). Also, gotta go to Wade Davis for the 6 out save especially when Ottovino was struggling and could have it 2-3 guys if they did not jump back.
