Unfortunately I couldn’t upgrade the wiring, I’m stuck with one 20 amp,
Even if both heaters, the chiller, all the lights, all the pumps and power heads are on at the same time, it shouldn’t trip.
I’ll have to watch it if I add a frag system though.
That area is over concrete? How far is the panel? You could potentially use wire mold raceways or try and tuck the wiring behind a molding if you wanted/needed to run a second circuit.

Installed!
Finally got everyone together to help bring in the stand and put the tank on!

The stand was supper tight through the doors, actually had to take off the front door We scraped the paint on the stand in a few places bringing it in. It weighted 250+ lbs... Only had 1/2” clearance in the doorway and that’s with taking the barn doors off! He sprayed the paint on, so I feel like brushing paint on to touch up will look worse than just leaving it as it is.
We didn’t end up having to take the whole baseboard off, just the quarter round. It’s a perfect 1/4” from the wall.
It’s nice having other minds there, I would have over complicated cutting the overlapping neoprene under the glass.
Someone had a great idea to seal the glass to the stand with a bead of silicon, which also hid the aluminum frame and looks great.
Next is plumbing then filling.

ABS Matt black sheet
I got a sheet of black matt ABS from the local plastics shop, just barely fit in my Mazda haha
Only one issue, the euro brace. Couldn’t just slide in the ABS from the end. We had to take the hood back off (two person job) then silicon the bottom glass to seal the ABS down. Getting a solid sheet between the Euro brace and center brace wasn’t easy, but it’s in place!
Decided to also pick up a pair of acrylic sheets to cover the water for when I’m working on the lights. $80 of acrylic beats a new $400 light any day.
I’ll probably take out the sheets when I’m not working on anything. I’m sure it would cut down on evaporation but, I don’t want to clean them or suffer the PAR drop.
Also stared to fill it up! Very slowly... since we built the tank in the house, we didn’t leak test it. So far so good! Only leak came from when my dog tried to clear the RO line and ripped it straight out of the tank

Wow, this looks great.

You might have to put some exhaust fans in that canopy, just a heads up.
My current plan is to cut holes in the hood for each of 5 ReefLED 90 lights. These pull air, which will heat the canopy, but not hopefully not raise the humidity in my living room. I have a chiller in the fish room with a humistatic fan, but I may still put a fan in the hood. I just wanted to avoid another wire going 6’ over the tank.
