Need some input as I’ve never gone this big, I’m acquiring a 220 gallon tank, stand, and hood. I’ve moved into this house (older home, 1 story with crawl space) and was wondering if you guys think I would need any support under the flooring? I did the math of 40 pounds per a square foot but didn’t know if this was accurate or not as it says the floor should hold near 5000 pounds. I’ve also had three 55 gallon tanks on the same stand without any issues. If you guys think I should, how would I go about doing this as I’m renting and don’t want to do anything drastically under the house. Attached are pictures of the flooring from the crawl space.

A lot more info is required to make an informed conclusion regarding your situation. There is a thread just for this that can guide you in what you need to provide. See the diy section of the forum.
