Hopefully…mine was bright yellow with no purple. It’s a fast grower for sure.

How are you liking the TSA haymaker . I seem to really like it from the TSA picture but I hesitate to buy it because it has a large price tag and I can't see it in person .

I like it a lot. My WWC Yellow tips is so big now it was starting to shadow it. I cut some big chunks from the yellow tips to help. I wish I had the Haymaker sooner. All of the best spots where taken already in my 245. I should be able to frag it in a month. I’ll definitely grow another frag out from it in another tank. Then I can place it in higher par and compare.

Congratulations on that. Let me know how it does for you. I’d say it grows at a middle of the pack level.

Well in a effort to get more color out of mine I moved it into more par. And turned up my radions. It started to STN at the tip of the biggest stick. I cut it up and moved it into lower par. It’s been 6 days and all pieces are alive. Including the base that I cut all the sticks from. It’s actually healing up at the cuts. I saved a few corals like this from complete STN with light changes.

Sometimes I don’t follow my advice and rush things. I also put my two outer radions on there own program. Turned them up 10% with a 14 day acclimation. I should of did 30 days. But the Haymaker is the only one who didn’t like it. My two outer islands were getting 100 less par than my center island. Just from the flow patterns. Light changes have cost me more coral than anything. I never learn apparently… lol.
