Hello Everyone,

I have had my 25 gallon Aquatop cube up and running for about a year now and things are going quite well!
This is my very first tank and I am open to knowledge and advice because I want to continue on with a larger tank at a later date.

After one year, here she is!

I am running a Hydra 26 on a modified AB spectrum for a 12 hour schedule which seems to be much enjoyed by the light thriving coral. I have 2 eflux current pumps providing sufficient amount of flow. I have my protein skimmer running 24/7 and have media tubes in the back along with activated carbon. My tank stays full with the Tunze ATO, which I have connected to a 5 gallon freshwater reservoir underneath the tank. Water changes happen about every 2 weeks (Usually when the 5 gallon reservoir gets below the halfway mark).

A list of the fish and inverts include:

2 Frostbite Designer Clownfish with a Cleaner Shrimp

Randall's Goby paired with a Pistol Shrimp :)

You can see my tiny Rose anemone in the back I purchased from a store to try to bring back to full health.

1 Trochus Snails, 1 Nassarius Snail, 1 Zebra Turbo Snail, 2 Turban Snails, and multiple Stometella Snails who happened to hitch-hike into my tank. Oh and of course Hermit Crabs. I have 1 Scarlet Hermit Crab, 8 Blue Legged Hermit Crabs, 3 basic hermit crabs.

As far as coral, I have slowly been introducing more into the tank and have seen tremendous growth in the ones that have been in the tank. I have had a few coral die on me and unfortunately fish as well but I have had much success with the fish I currently have.

The coral I have are as follows:

Golden eye Chalice, Flower Anemone, Metallic Red Zoanthids
