Hello everyone I have a (I believe) 250 gallon tank (96in l x 30in d x 24in h) acrylic tank. We shall see how long this takes. I have had this tank for about 3 months now. I finally got it all buffed out and as many scratches as I can remove. I am finishing my basement and have a room dedicated to this reef tank and hopefully future frag tanks.
Tenecore acrylic tank
Ledzeal 48" fully programmable lights (x2)
48" t5s (x4) (might switch to 2 orphek led bars)
Quiet pump wave makers x4
200lb dry rock
120 gallon sump
Swc (I believe lol it's old as dirt) protein skimmer
Jeabo return pump
50 gallon algae and pod tank
Already have 3 yellow tangs blue eyed tang and Pacific blue tang at a buddies wating to throw in the tank when it's up. I bought a whole running tank.
Plans to get auto to off, apex, 4ft long shallow frag tank dosers as well.

My basement was just a 1200sq foot concrete box lol.
Amongst all this I have flooring to install and ceiling full bathroom to finish lol. Sheesh.
Any info on this stuff or ideas etc is appreciated!!

Picked up my sump. 6 ft x 24 in w x 16in h (roughly 120g I believe)
Also set up my 55 gallon qt tank/ cheato tank.
Next is plumbing dry fit. Linking 250g 55g and 120g together with ball valve to 55 for qt when needed possibly. Any other suggestions are appreciated.
Then setting up the rest of my light and wave makers and heaters and hiding wires.
Getting rodi installed downstairs in fish room
Getting 55 gallon plastic drum for ato applications
Buying a jebao doser for 40 bucks good deal?

this looks like it is going to be a great build. I look forward to seeing it come along.
Can you elaborate on "50 gallon algae and pod tank."?

its behind my main display right now acting as my qt and frag tank but its going to turn into a giant micro algae tank to help w nutrient exporting. I'll probably have some pipe fish or something in there for looks (not sure what I can put in it) and also kinda any fish that gets too aggressive i can throw in there until I can get rid of it
