29g Stocking?

Long story short, I have this old 29g tank just sitting empty in my fish room. The original though was freshwater, but I feel like I might want to go with Saltwater. What would you stock it with? I would like both community and species only ideas.

Geometric Pygmy hawkfish. Lots of personality and good for smaller tanks.

You aren't going to be able to put in big swimmers like angels and tangs.

I think perchers like that hawk, a blenny, or a goby are always nice. Just make sure they have plenty of perching space.

Clowns are always friendly, just make sure they don't start to bully.
