Hello there, I recently finished cycling my 29g. i have some ideas for stocking but im open to ideas and comments.

As of right now I have some CUC members (a few hermits, and a variety of snails). I picked up my first fish which was a watchman and tiger pistol. I am a bit conflicted because I know both species can get to a good size and I don’t want them to get crowded in the tank. I do have a good amount of live rock I will say. So is it best that I get a candy cane and pair it with a yasha goby? I wanted something I can see from a distance and I know yasha’s are a bit more timid then watchman’s.

anyways here’s the rest of the list for future stock

Cleaner Shrimp x1
Sexy Shrimp x3
porcelain crab x1

clownfish pair
(not sure if i’m going classic or designer)

purple firefish/royal gramma

ruby red dragonete, this one wasn’t on my radar but at my lfs today I saw one that was vibrant in color and it was eating frozen mysis so i’m going to add it to the list. I do have a small colony of pods currently

corals and an anemone will also be in the tank somewhere down the line

As you can tell im indecisive I have a lot of ideas that I’d love to execute. But Im not an expert at Saltwate, so please share any tips or personal experiences that you may have if it relates to the live stock I mentioned

I think you're right on the edge of max bioload.
I think what you have is definitely doable though.
I would be reluctant for the dragonet due to food requirements, if you get one raised on frozen then less of a concern.
