Hello guys I just need some advise on a second pair of clown fish. I am getting a really good deal on a Platinum Clown and a SnowFlake Pair. Only thing is that I already have a Bonded Pair of clowns and I'm not sure if they will get along but they will all be the same spices?

We use one of those small reptile cages the plastic one with vented tops to introduce new clowns. We place them in there and place in tank than we feed the fish in the cage first and keep them like that for couple days this gives the original clowns time to get use to seeing them without fighting for territory after a couple of days we release and monitor seems to work for us hubby has a pair of snowflakes a pair of platinums and 1true perc

Wow that's really smart.. I will have to try this.. Oh I forgot to mention that the new pair isn't bonded yet.. I'm actually gonna be able to pick the new pair. And they are going on a 125 gallon..

Can't claim the intelligence another reefer here in town shared idea with me :) but thanks and good luck
