2nd tank add-on

I just upgraded my 110g predator reef, so I have experience with fish around the size you're thinking.
The issue I feel like you're going to run into is swimming length, so triggers should be considered with caution. I have a 6 year old Niger trigger that I just moved into a 6' 180g display, where he is MUCH happier than he was with the 4' tank. They like having room to really get up to speed.
Bluethroat triggers stay much smaller than many other triggers and have great personality!

Halichoerus wrasse are great additions for color, personality, and being utilitarian. My personal favorites include the halichoeres iridis (radiant), halichoeres timorensis (Timor), halichoeres marginatus (dusky). These mentioned are reef safe.
I have also kept more aggressivewrasse, such as the red coris wrasse, who is a stunning and extremely active fish. @Slocke can surely add to the wrasse list.

I feel like you could get a lot of color and movement with some butterflies, dwarf angels, or anthias. :)
I'm looking forward to seeing where you go with this.
Great ideas I need to see your tank do you have a thread going in here I'll check it on your name and see but I'm probably six months away from Fish
I like to plan an early

Wrasses have energy so a longer tank is better. If you like a fun fish that has a ton of personality then consider a dragon. Not the most colorful but very interactive. You could also consider a smaller species of hogfish or Tuskfish as they are less energetic then other wrasses.
I thought a big school of chromius would be pretty nice but I had bad experience with those

Was not sure if a dragon meant wrasse
Now I'm interested I have to take a peek and find what they look like
Juvenile and adult dragon wrasse
