Good point. You're making me think I need to lower the intensities too..

Use vitamin C to help them recover for the intense light work real well the C also keeps the fish happy with stress and health

I run 3 of the 26's along with 6 T5's on my tank. I've found the white spectrum on the AI's can be brutal if turned up. I usually keep the white at or below 20% and lean heavy on the blues.
