3 legged octopus like snail

Curious if anyone knows what this one snail looking thing is. Has 3 curled up legs like tentacles with little black dots on it and two little black beady eyes. Maybe the size of a half karat diamond.

The other snail thing is on my Mexican turbo has a long neck maybe half as long as she'll and it's black and it's eating algae.

Also I would like to know the other little snails with the 6 little hairs all the way around bottom they are a nuisance. Thank you for your help expert's.
