Water change done weekly Sunday ritual lol
My phosphate and nitrate seems a little high to me.
Just thinking about first few soft corals do you guys guys I'm good to go or need a little more work first?
Secondary what corals would you recommend as a first time buyer?

Welcome. You might have a little more luck posting in the general reef aquarium discussion.

Parameters don’t look horrible for 3 month old tank. I’d start with some softies or easy LPS and see how things do.

Do you have photos of your tank?

Zoas, mushrooms, duncans, toadstools, and gsp are what I tell beginners to get!
